Our case constituted a 10 years old female German Shepherd. The anamnesis showed that the patient received an antibiotic treatment with the suspect of an auricular problem and soon submitted to our clinic with the observation of no recovery. The clinical and neurological examinations revealed that the patient was not able to hold the head tight, incoordination of the legs, proprioseptive deficits and perception difficulties were present. The clinical view and progression of symptoms suggested a cerebral tumor. Magnetic resonance imaging was used for a definitive diagnosis. Our examinations revealed a intracranial tumor on the right frontal lobe which lead us a decision of surgical removal of the tumoral mass. The histopathological examinations of the biopsy specimens revealed glioblastome multiforme.
